Who we are.
Skydog Homes is a real estate investment company located in northwest Oregon. We love our beautiful state, and we want to do our part to ensure our neighborhoods reflect that beauty in the most sustainable way possible: rehabilitating existing homes. For that reason, we are committed to rejuvenating and revitalizing neighborhoods through buying and renovating distressed properties.
Who we aren't.
Skydog Homes is not a large corporation full of faceless investors. We are an individually owned LLC who partners with local contractors, Realtors, and other investors who share our vision...and usually our love of dogs too!

Skydog Homes was named after the owner's dog Sky who passed in 2018. Skydog Homes' owner is committed to supporting doggos in our Oregon community through sponsorship of local distressed dog families every year at Christmas. We hope to grow our sponsorship and welcome your help to locate local recipients.
