Who we are.
Skydog Homes is a real estate investment company located in Northwest Oregon. We love our beautiful state, and we want to do our part to ensure our neighborhoods reflect that beauty in the most sustainable way possible: rehabilitating existing homes. For that reason, we are committed to rejuvenating and revitalizing neighborhoods through buying and renovating distressed properties.
Who we aren't.
Skydog Homes is not a large corporation full of faceless investors. We are an individually owned LLC who partners with local contractors and realtors who share our vision...and usually our love of dogs too!

Danni Loitz has been a project manager for over 10 years and managed her first home rehab in 2017. She started Skydog Homes as a part-time venture so that she could have the extra income to provide for her and her daughter's future and the freedom to give back to the community. Watching a property transform to its highest potential excites and amazes her.

The picture is of Jasper...not James! James Abney is a fellow dog lover and has been rehabilitating homes for over 10 years. He is Skydog's go-to guy for estimating repair costs and he's a valued renovation partner.

Lori Hundhausen is a licensed realtor with 15 years of experience. She makes it her mission to provide excellent customer service by listening to her clients needs. Lori's motto is "Your success is my success!". Skydog relies on Lori to find new owners and renters for our rejuvenated properties.

Skydog Homes was named after the owner's dog Sky who passed in 2018. Skydog Homes' owner is committed to supporting doggos in our Oregon community through sponsorship of local distressed dog families every year at Christmas. We hope to grow our sponsorship and welcome your help to locate local recipients.
