The biggest difference is: We can get you to closing in as little as two weeks. If you list your home with a realtor on the MLS, it can take an average of 60 to 90 days to close on the sale. We also buy homes regardless of their condition. We won't require you to do any repairs...and you won't have any out-of-pocket expenses.

After an initial call to discuss your unique situation, and whether or not you want to take the next steps, we will schedule a walkthrough of your house. Once we do the walkthrough, we can make an offer within one or two days. If you accept the offer, we can close on the sale in a matter of days. You will not pay any out-of-pocket closing costs or realtor fees.

When we make an offer, we consider the cost of repairs, the cost of utilities and taxes during repairs, and the profit we or our cash buyers will expect. For us to make a cash offer that will close quickly, there will be an expectation that the purchase price will be below the regular market value.

There are a couple of possibilities. Usually Skydog, or another investor, will put in the work to renovate the home. Once it is renovated, it will be sold or rented. It will be a fresh start for you...and a new life for the home.
